Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cans full fat Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream
  • ¼-1/2 cup Maple Syrup, depending on how sweet you like it.

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 

Pour into a freezer-friendly, airtight container. Whisk slightly every 20 minutes to avoid it getting too icy for 4 hours. It should get thicker after each whisking. Thaw for 10 minutes before scooping.
