Students engage in several physical exercises, both structured and playful, that improves their skills in taekwondo. Through teamwork and fun activities, students gain confidence, courage, coordination and balance.
Kids Class

Ages 8-12, all abilities
Students engage in several physical exercises that improve their skills in taekwondo. Students improve focus, concentration and learn skills on bully management. Friday is specifically for learning and practicing sparring skills.
