This December, Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center invites your child to explore a winter wonderland of holiday art projects!
For keiki 
ages 5 and up, Camp Kaluanui offers a full-day of festive art classes in painting, drawing, mixed-media, jewelry and more! Campers will create projects like Snowflake Ornaments, Block Print Wrapping Paper, and Jolly Gingerbread Houses and will also have time to explore the beautiful grounds of the historic Makawao estate. Your child is welcome to join in the fun for a single day or the full week!
Parents also have the opportunity to get creative with their keiki this winter. On December 14 and 21, Teaching Artist Julie Matheis will lead short workshops for children ages 3-12 with an adult guardian. Families will learn to make beautiful beaded ornaments using wire-wrapping techniques and beads. These ornaments make great gifts or family keepsakes!
