Huliau Virtual Classrooms

Maui Huliau Foundation and our program partners have launched two free distance learning classrooms for grade 8-12 teachers and students. Lessons focus on climate literacy and local ecosystems, and include virtual field trips, Prezi video lectures and engaging activities both online and outdoors.  More information can be found on our website.

Spring Filmmaking Program

Our spring filmmaking program will be a hybrid of virtual meetings and in-person filming, and will focus on helping students in grades 7-12 create virtual field trips with partner organizations. The program will begin with virtual classes January 12th, 14th and 19th from 4-5:30pm, followed by virtual planning meetings and an on-site filming day with a limit of three students per film team. Apply by January 4th.
