Eat Local for One Day

The Eat Local Maui! Facebook group has been organizing challenges through the years and on Sunday, May 15th they are giving all of us a chance to make the commitment. How hard can one day of eating 100% local be? This is a perfect challenge to dip your toe into the eating local movement and hopefully take that next step for the 7-day challenge that follows (and beyond!). As they say on their invitation, “Build community, think about where your food comes from, share recipes and more for one day of eating 100% Hawaii grown food.”
