Halloween Bash at Whaler’s Village
Whalers Village invites the West Maui community and visitors to celebrate ‘Ohanaween, a free, family-friendly Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 31, from 4 to 7 p.m. throughout the center.
The annual celebration will bring families together for an evening of trick-or-treating, roaming stilt walkers, complimentary face painting, music, magic and more. Maui radio personality “The Morning Goddess” Alaka‘i Paleka will serve as emcee for the evening.
Beginning at 4 p.m., families can make their way throughout Whalers Village to collect Halloween treats from participating stores and restaurants.
Throughout the center, stilt walkers will greet guests, while additional activities include bounce houses, complimentary face painting, a DJ and magician. At 5 p.m., special prizes will be awarded to some of the evening’s standout costumes, followed by a costume parade at 5:30 p.m., giving keiki and families an opportunity to show off their Halloween creativity.
To make it easier for families to enjoy the festivities, complimentary parking will be available for ‘Ohanaween guests from 3 to 8 p.m. on October 31.
