*1 1/2 Cups Baby Tomatoes, cut in half
*1/4 Cup Olive Oil
*3 Garlic Cloves, minced
*1 lb Green Beans, steamed
*3/4 Cup Pesto
*3/4 Cup Parmesan, grated
*Salt & Pepper to taste
*Toasted Pine Nuts
Preheat oven to 400. Toss tomatoes in olive oil and garlic and roast 20 minutes until juices released and start to shrivel. Set aside to cool. Steam Beans until tender then transfer to cold water to stop cooking process. Toss beans with pesto, parmesan, salt & pepper. Place on platter and garnish with tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. Serves 6 *
