The Keiki Playhouse on Maui and Make-A-Wish HawaiʻI, have made a dream come true for four year old Kahalau of Wailuku. Kahalau was diagnosed with with Neuroblastoma, a pediatric cancer, shortly after her third birthday.

Kahalau has dreamed of going to Disneyland, and her wish finally came true at the “wish reveal” send off party at The Keiki Playhouse, which is her favorite place to visit when she’s well enough. The family will leave for Disneyland at the end of the month and Kahalau will be able to see all her favorite Disney characters in person!

Make-A-Wish Hawaii believes that granting wishes to children with critical illnesses gives them the emotional and physical strength to fight those illnesses.

The Keiki Playhouse is Maui only indoor play center for children ages 1-12 years of age. They’re located at the Queen Kaahumanu Center.

Go Fund Me account has so far raised $69,000 towards a $75,000 goal for Kahalau’s cancer treatment.
