We hope you’re having a great Fall Break! There’s still time to build fall family memories. Here are some ideas!

Find your balance.

Whether it’s a fallen tree, a rocky reef, or a big wave, push your limits (safely!) and practice your balance. Nature often has a way of testing our skills when we are willing to go for it!

Tour a farm for free.

There are so many wonderful farms that have opened their gates for farm visits. Join the Maui Farm on Saturday, Oct 10 for a morning of exploration, learning, and fun! Explore their crop fields, plant nursery, composting zone, and meet and feed their friendly farm animals including pigs, goats, rabbits and chickens. They have four time slots available – 9 am, 9:30 am, 10 am and 10:30 am. Families and individuals welcome. Direct message them or contact Ihi (579-8271 or [email protected]) to reserve a spot or for more information. facebook.com/events/784635052106081

Collect treasures.

Spend the day at the beach or forest and hunt for nature’s treasures. Collect them to use in a craft or as a memento for a wonderful family day to remember.

Search for a skeleton.

Every day the Ku’ia skeleton will be hidden in a new spot around the factory. Bring your keiki and snap a shot with them for a chocolate surprise! mauichocolate.com

Go to the movies.

When was the last time you went to the movies? Did you know some movie theaters have been reopened? The Regency in Kihei and Consolidated Theatres Ka’ahumanu in Kahului are now screening films this weekend.
