Self-Gratitude Exercise
- Step into the life you’ve chosen.
- Pause 2 to 4x’s daily-either spontaneous or planned times.
- Notice what’s going on/connect with the life inside of you.
- The way I’m savoring or living the values that I want to hold-give myself gratitude for what I’m doing that’s working and is meeting my needs.
- Also notice what thoughts and feelings come up when I’m doing this-is it easy or hard and am I nervous about doing it or relaxed-is it coming from approval or just celebrating.
- Time to celebrate you!
