Self-Gratitude Exercise

Gratitude

  1. Step into the life you’ve chosen.
  2. Pause 2 to 4x’s daily-either spontaneous or planned times.
  3. Notice what’s going on/connect with the life inside of you.
  4. The way I’m savoring or living the values that I want to hold-give myself gratitude for what I’m doing that’s working and is meeting my needs.
  5. Also notice what thoughts and feelings come up when I’m doing this-is it easy or hard and am I nervous about doing it or relaxed-is it coming from approval or just celebrating.
  6. Time to celebrate you!
