For Valentine’s Day, Paula Fuga and Malika Dudley are joining forces with local businesses to give back and raise money for the Maui Food Bank. As a child, Paula experienced food insecurity first hand. Through beautiful mele and heartfelt storytelling, the pair will take you on a journey to get to know Paula’s story, and understand the unique and pressing issues facing the Maui Food Bank. Several local businesses have also donated wonderful prize packages which will be awarded at random to those who participate in the campaign and throughout the concert – LIVE!

Lahaina Cannery is pleased to invite Maui residents and visitors to partake in some Valentine’s Day family fun and games on Saturday, February 13th. From 11 am to 1 pm parents are encouraged to bring their keiki aged 10 and under to the center for in-person and socially distanced Be Mine Bingo and crafts.  All craft materials will be provided for individual use and prizes awarded to Bingo winners. Mark your calendars for February 13-14! The 15th Annual Whale Tales is going global as a virtual event this year. Whale Tales is an educational and fundraising event presented annually by Whale Trust, to promote and support scientific research and education. In 2021, presentations will be broadcast through an online platform that will feature experiential and interactive opportunities for attendees of all ages. Attendees will hear from marine scientists, photographers, filmmakers, and conservationists around the world about their latest work.
