Great American Outdoor Act’s 3rd Anniversary

Today, Friday, August 4th, all National Park Service sites will waive entrance fees in honor of the Great American Outdoors Act’s 3rd anniversary. This landmark legislation established the National Parks and Public Land Legacy Restoration Fund to address the deferred maintenance and repair backlog on federal public lands. It also established permanent full funding for the existing Land and Water Conservation Fund. This is a perfect opportunity to visit Haleakalā National Park with the family! No reservations are needed for sunset, but we do recommend heading there early as there will surely be a crowd.

Keiki Storytime is back at the Kihei Library! Thursday, August 10, 2023 @ 9:30 am – 10:00 am.
