Haiku School PTA Mother’s Day Auction
The Haiku Elementary School PTA is hosting a virtual Mothers Day Auction this year starting from Saturday, May 1st and ending at 7:00 pm Wednesday, May 5th. The PTA has been a long-standing support for the Haiku School, on average raising $60,000.00 annually to fund students, families, and staff with a huge variety of supplemental offerings (Art, music, drama classes, science enrichment, field trip funding, family nights, etc). With the cancellation of Haiku’s biggest event, the Haiku Ho’olaule’a and Flower Festival, the PTA has pivoted to bring one of the islands’ longstanding largest action online and invite the public to view, bid, and take part in the auction that hosts over 350 items. Pick-up for all items purchased will be on Saturday, May 8th at the Haiku Elementary School parking lot. The PTA thanks all of the many generous donors who have donated items in these challenging times and are still accepting donations.
