After a short break, The Weekend Guide is back! As restrictions begin to ease throughout Hawaii, residents are finding their personal comfort level with venturing out. We rounded up some options for those eager to get out and for those that continue to hunker down at home.

Explore the Deybra Fair Exhibit

Bring the family to the Hui No’eau this weekend to explore the grounds and check out the exhibit featuring Deybra Fair. Trinkets, Tokens & Treasures of a Charmed Life is a collection of assemblages, installations, and mixed medium works commemorating her expansive 40-year art career on Maui. If you prefer staying home, click here to view this exhibition virtually.  Runs until July 25th.

Get Lost in a Book

Barnes & Noble at the Maui Marketplace opened their doors for in-store shopping, so if your family is starved for new books or need gifts for Father’s Day, head on in. After receiving a notice that your item(s) are ready for pick up, you can schedule a Library Take Out appointment online with the library that is on the hold notice.
