In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED (technology, entertainment, design) has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. TEDxYouth@SeaburyHall, the only TEDxYouth event on Maui, brings together youth from a variety of public and private schools to share their inspiring ideas. Their fourth event will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 10am-2pm at Seabury Hall’s `A`ali`ikūhonua Creative Center. TEDxYouth@SeaburyHall, a day-long event, will feature middle and high school student speakers and performers from the Maui community. The theme “Power of Perspective,” takes a diverse look at what youth are passionate about. There will also be tons of exhibits, music, and delicious food! The goal of the event is to empower the youth of Maui who are the leaders of tomorrow.
