Gymnasts learn handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, bridges, backbends, and begin learning back handsprings. Level appropriate skills are also learned on vault, balance beam, bars, floor exercise, and trampoline. Children are challenged as individuals. Alladult, USAG Safety-Certified staff.
