The Department of Human Services has announced a Preschool Open Doors Fall Application Period for the POD year 2016-17.
Preschool Open Doors (POD) will be accepting applications beginning September 19th, 2016 through October 31st, 2016. The POD application is attached & is also available on their website for those that wish to print the application www.patchhawaii.org. Please note; applications must be received by mail, fax, or email in the PATCH O’ahu office on or before October 31, 2016 to be considered. Applications postmarked prior to October 31st but not received in the O’ahu office by October 31 are considered late, so please apply early.
Parents with children born August 2011 through July 2012 are encouraged to apply.
Families selected from this application period may receive POD services for January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017
