Piano Synergy Festival
July 29th at 7:30 PM in Seabury Hall’s A’ali’ikuhonua Creative Arts Center (480 Olinda Rd.)
July 31st at 4:00 PM in Maui Music Conservatory, Queen Ka’ahumanu Mall, 2nd floor, Kahului.
It will feature pianist Adam Tendler (NYC), pianist Joan Forsyth (NY), Hawai’i based pianists Robert Pollock, Pelarin Bacos and Marti Kluth, as well as guitarist/composer, William Anderson(NY). Works include “Five Pianos” by Morton Feldman, “Corroboree” for 3 pianos by Earle Brown, as well as duo and solo piano works by Igor Stravinsky, Aaron Copland, Dina Koston, Arthur Berger, George Walker, and others. Recording sessions and open rehearsals. FREE ADMISSION

Wet Naturalist

Join a Wet Naturalist at the Discovery Pool and/or Tide Pool for exciting hands-on presentations on Hawaii’s marine invertebrates. Along with learning all about sea cucumbers, sea stars and urchins, guests will have the chance to touch a few of the live spineless creatures! Included with Aquarium admission.
Exploration Station
Thursdays and Sundays

Featuring a monthly, rotating-themed Exploration Station at The Living Reef! Speak with a marine naturalist, see live animals, look through microscopes, and interact with other station features. Learn about crustaceans in May, sharks and rays in June, and corals in July. Animals and details subject to change. Included with Aquarium admission and appropriate for all ages.
