With Miss Aubrey and Special Guests
La-ti-Da’s Winter Camps are a 1 week experience filled with exceptional opportunities for young children ages 4-6 or 7-10. Children will learn songs of the Seasons.
Camps will explore drumming, singing, instrument playing, movement activities, art projects and more.
Big Kids Camp
Ages: 7-10
Dates: Dec. 26-29 2011
Time: 9am-2pm
Where: Upcountry
Cost: $155 Material Fee: $58
The Big Kids will explore music with science of sound experiments, creating their own instrument, rhythm and movement games, learning to read simple rhythms as well as recorder classes. Additionally the children will be learning music vocabulary and get an introduction to reading music in a fun filled exciting way.
Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle and a change of clothes.
Lil’ Kids Camp
Ages: 4-6
Dates: Dec. 19-22 2011
Time: 9am-1:00pm
Where: Upcountry
Cost: $155 Material Fee: $58
Lil’ Kids camp will be a fun filled, imagination packed time full of fun music games and movement activities. Children will explore musical sound, singing, instrument playing, movement, chant, instrument making and more. The variety of musical activities encourage curiosity and exploration of music present in every child.
Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle and a change of clothes
Both Winter Camps children will take home their own hand -crafted instrument, Weather CD, art projects and t-shirt.
