Step into the Circle

Hoopdance is an innovative new art form that synthesizes dance, circus arts, and creative self-expression.  With heavier hoops—hooping can be done by all ages, sizes, and abilities. Hoopdance builds confidence, strengthens the core, increases flexibility and coordination, and tones the entire body. “It’s an imaginative low-impact exercise perfect for keiki to kupuna,” explains Kisha Milling, owner of hoopnatyze. “Hooping brings the whole family together.  Put on some funky music, grab your hoops, and head out to the backyard, park or beach and hoop it up. It’s unbelievably fun.”

Hoopnatyze sells hand-crafted hula hoops and gives classes every Tuesday from 10am-11am at Kama’ole III and hosts weekly and monthly “Hoops Jams”—open to all ages and abilities.  Join us Saturday, May 28th 5pm at Kama’ole III for a Sunset Hoop Jam or book a hoopnatyze birthday party today.  For more information, please call Kisha at 808-757-4148 or visit www.hoopnatyze.com.
