Shining Stars Performing Arts Camp

Fall Intercession
Whether it’s through singing or acting out skits, playing soccer or swimming; counselors at the day camp programs have led kids in developing good values and having fun for more than 45 years. Kids have fun while they learn how to make new friends, build new skills, and grow self-confidence. When not in their Specialty Camps, campers will be participating in the Camp Moana program schedule.

Who wants to learn how to shoot a bull’s-eye? Learn the art of this great Olympic sport.

Cooking Camp

Campers will learn the basic fundamentals of cooking. Our YMCA Chef will demonstrate step by step how to create a meal and then turn the apron over to the campers for the actual preparation of the food.

Gardening Camp
4 years – 13 years
Learn the importance of hard work, patience and daily attention by planting an edible garden to share with family and friends.

Soccer Camp
9:00am – 11:00am
4 years – 13 years
Learn the basics of soccer, one of the most popular sports on Maui.

Swim Camp
4 years – 13 years
Campers can take care of their swim lessons while being at camp. Campers will be in the pool at least 1 1/2 hours a day with our certified instructors.

Keiki, ages 6 to 11, embark on a journey to find their role as protectors of earth. The week-long nature exploration examines how Hawaiians created sustainable systems. Hands-on adventures and activities will include garderning, composting, water conservation and more. Vertical Sports Maui is proud to present the very first baseballMAUI camp! This is a 1 day camp for boys and girls at Dorvin Leis Field, Kalama Park Kihei. Saturday October 12th, for boys and girls ages 7-10yrs. (Friday 11th will be 11-14yrs)

Major league players Brandon Dixon and Daniel Norris from the Detroit Tigers will be coaching, along with Brandon Bantz from the LA Dodgers Training AcademyMotivational speaker Dean Johnson will be there to speak with the kids as well, you don’t want to miss out!! There will be a focus on improving skill levels, while using sport to develop character and having fun!
