A new fitness studio just opened in the heart of Kihei! Exergy 35 Fitness Studio offers some creative solutions for keeping fit. You can choose from a variety of classes including Martial Arts, Philippine Stick Fighting, Chinese Ribbon Dance, Holistic Hula, Kickboxing, Stretch Classes, Belly Dance and Silver Chi Fit, which is dedicated to the fitness of older adults. This studio caters to women and children, and they also have special programs for teens and a pee wee class to prepare children for school. Most classes have a drop in fee of $12.
