BodyWorks: A toolkit for Healthy Teens and Strong Families is a health promotion program created by the US Office on Womens’ Health. Its goal is to helps parents/caregivers of preteens (9-13 years of age) improve family eating and activity habits. The program includes healthy shopping and cooking, a recipe book, food and fitness journals and more! The first class is for parents only. Children may attend with their parents after that.
