Peace Day Celebration

Makawao Library invites all ages to prepare for the International Day of Peace by making cranes and other origami figures and by listening to inspiring taiko drumming performed by Zenshin Daiko.
Inside the library, there will be drop-in origami-making from 1:00 to 3:30, with community members available to help those new to the craft. And at 3:30, Zenshin Daiko will provide a rousing taiko finale in front of the library.
