National Poetry Month Virtual Reading Challenge – For All Ages!

Poetry can motivate us to find beauty, hope, and power, no matter what we encounter. This April, the Hawaii State Public Library System challenges you to participate in a virtual program by reading and logging at least 600 minutes, and completing any two (2) of the online activities. These activities will encourage you to read, watch, and listen to poets’ work.

It’s easy to join! Sign-up or log in at librarieshawaii.beanstack.org or use the Beanstack app on your mobile device. Once you have joined, simply use Beanstack to log reading minutes, and participate in activities and challenges.

Three lucky participants will win a $25 gift certificate via a lucky prize drawing. Prizes are provided by the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i. Entries are earned for every 60 minutes read, with a maximum of 10 entries (600 minutes). The more you read, the more chances you have to win!
