They leave the class with more confidence, information and knowledge about the process. It is an Interactive, Engaginging Experience with Learning and Practicing Coping and Comfort Measures. Lamaze is about confidence building, to help navigate the way onto a much smoother uncomplicated path to
the Beautiful Informed Birth of your amazing newborn baby.
