Our culture has normalized diapers, but there are alternatives!
Babies are born inherently not wanting to soil themselves. Just as they signal that they are hungry, tired, or upset, they will signal when they need to eliminate.
Elimination Communication involves learning to recognize these natural cues and rhythms your baby has and respectfully respond to them.
