Wailuku, Maui — The Maui Historical Society invites the Maui community & visitors to join us for Lā Ku’oko’a and Small Business Saturday at the beloved Bailey House Museum (Hale Hōʻikeʻike), Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event is a free ʻohana-friendly opportunity to support local businesses, enjoy Hawaiian culture, and experience aloha in a historic setting. We will also be acknowledging Hawai’i’s Independence Day celebrated annually on November 28th to commemorate official recognition of the independence and sovereignty of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
