Children are invited to dress up for Halloween and enjoy the fun with Mr. Kneel at the Kahului Public Library on October 31st at 3 p.m. Mr. Kneel is a former inner-city teacher who teaches with Hip Hop music and beat-boxing. This free one-hour performance is suitable for all ages.
