Win Tickets to the New Shanghai Circus at the MACC!
China’s most daring acrobats, jugglers, balance artists, and contortionists return to Maui for the year’s grandest family spectacular. Maui Arts & Cultural Center presents the New Shanghai Circus, onstage in Castle Theater Friday, Saturday and Sunday, January 17 to 19. Five showtimes are featured: Friday at 7:30 pm; on Saturday at 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm; and on Sunday at 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Maui Family Magazine is giving away a 4-pack of tickets!

Building on traditional Chinese acts, the artists of today’s New Shanghai Circus add layers of complexity and daring to bring new spectacular stunts and favorite jaw-droppers. These highly-skilled, rigorously trained, multitalented acrobats will enthrall you as they bend and twist with graceful movements to form living sculptures. Matched with innovative choreography, radiant lighting, enchanting scenery, and powerful music, this beautifully orchestrated presentation of acrobatic skills leaves the audience spellbound! Kids of all ages, from preschool to senior citizen, will enjoy these intrepid performers!
Tickets: $12, $25, $35, $55/Gold Circle (plus applicable fees). Tickets are half price for children 3 – 12 years of age for the $25, $35 and $55 tickets only. A discount is available to MACC members in the ‘Ōhi’a level and above for the $25, $35 and $55 tickets. Prices increase day-of-show.
