Throughout Maui and statewide, Maui Economic Development Board (MEDB) has been empowering our youth – our islands’ future workforce – with STEM education skills. Helping to make this possible are generous community stakeholders, including those who attend their annual fundraiser, the MEDB Ke Alahele Education Fund Benefit Dinner & Auction

This year, MEDB’s fundraising dinner will be held on Saturday, August 25, at the Grand Wailea Resort. It’s a festive evening of food, fun and camaraderie! Guests can bid on over 150 items during the popular Apples for Education Auctions, enjoy memorable presentations by Maui County’s STEM stars, and be the first to congratulate this year’s Daniel K. Inouye Innovation Award winner which honors the legacy of the late Senator.

Proceeds raised will advance MEDB’s STEM education programs that span from kindergarten to careers; and support MEDB’s continuing efforts to build pathways that benefit the lives of residents in Maui County and statewide.

The Reception and Silent Auction will begin at 4:30 pm, followed by Dinner and Live Auction at 6:00 PM. For reservations, please visit http://bit.ly/medbkah or call 808-875-2300. Individual seats are $200.
