Gym and Swim is a parent/child program designed for children to explore and discover how to move and use their bodies. The first half-hour in the gym will include parent/child exercises, songs, ball games and obstacle courses. Next, we move to the pool area for an introduction to pool play/swim lessons and body movement. This is a great way to have your little one gain confidence in and around the water. Our goal is to introduce physical education through fun, songs, and swimming.
