Academic Programs
Hui Malama Learning Center’s academic programs are designed to inspire, nurture, and empower students to pursue career opportunities that contribute to the community and bolster our islands’ economy, and to prepare them to be responsible leaders within our community. To do this, we focus on developing the whole person with life skills in addition to academic success, including guidance for students to make healthy choices.
HMLC, a non-profit, Maui United Way agency, provides middle school, high school, and GED-preparation programs, as well as tutoring, educational enrichment programs, and college prep to public and private school students grades K-12.
GED Program (Career Development / Life Skills / College Prep)
Mon – Thurs: 11:45am to 4pm
Remedial Private Tutoring / Test Prep.
Hourly Sessions available, Flexible meeting sites, Variety of subjects.
Middle School & High School
Mon – Fri: 8am to 3pm;
Tutoring as required.
GED classes are year-round. New affordable tuition rates and tuition assistance available.
