‘Tis the season of giving! No gift is more meaningful than one that has been created with love at Hui No‘eau! Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center is helping our Maui community with their holiday gift giving in a variety of Handmade Holidays workshops. Make your own plant dyes and use them to decorate a reusable cloth eco-gift wrapping called furoshiki (November 23), illustrate your own holiday art cards (November 30 & December 1), or create handmade bangles and rings (November 18 or December 16). There are also many more amazing gifts created by local artists and crafters for sale in the Hui’s annual Hui Holidays shopping event, open daily from 9am-6pm (November 20 – December 24). Items purchased at the Hui support local artists and Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center.
