Free Learn to Swim classes for both adults and children are available for registration this month. Classes are available for adults levels I, II and III, and for parent/child levels I, II and III.
Registration dates and locations are as follows:
– New Wailuku Pool, August 5, 8 a.m., for one day only.
– Upcountry Aquatic Center, August 7, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Registration will continue daily, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. until all spots are filled.
– Coach Spencer Shiraishi Memorial Pool, August 22, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Registration will continue daily, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. until all spots are filled.
Please note that class registration is based upon a first come first serve basis. Space is limited for each level and participants must register in person. Children may also be asked to complete a swim assessment to determine their level of participation.
