Come and learn the art of Tai Chi, ” A meditation in motion.”
This class provides you with the opportunity to learn simple life strengthening exercises that promote, wellbeing, longevity, physical/emotional balance and internal healing.
Tai Chi is an ancient internal Chinese martial art practiced for its health benefits and meditation. Its’ graceful movements help the body reconnect to its own self healing abilities and it helps you create a peaceful outlook in life. It is the number 1 exercise in the world for fall prevention, improving balance, mobility and flexibility.
