ASCA (ADULT SURVIVORS OF CHILD ABUSE) – Support Group – Wailuku
The purpose of ASCA meetings is to allow survivors to share their abuse and recovery experiences, receive peer support and affirmation for their recovery efforts; try out new, more adaptive behaviors and, in so doing, better understand themselves and their recovery process. The environment is safe and private and the hour long format follows an organized structure which allows for survivors to share, whenever ready, with no pressure.
This is a peer support group, not therapy, is for SURVIVORS ONLY and is 100% CONFIDENTIAL.
The meetings are once a week from 7pm to 8pm in Wailuku.
