Hui No‘eau Family Day Celebration 2019
You’re invited! Bring the whole family to Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center on Saturday, October 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for Family Day 2019! Family Day is an annual event that welcomes the community to enjoy art, music, food and fun at Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center. Hui No‘eau will be offering art projects for all ages, as well as live artist demonstrations. There will also be an arts-based scavenger hunt. Guests can shop, sip, and support local artists at Hui No‘eau’s Art Market. Families can enjoy live entertainment and picnic on the lawn with food and drinks from local food trucks. This family friendly celebration falls within the Hui’s inspirational Mālama Wao Akua (Caring for the Realm of the Gods) – a juried art exhibition celebrating the native species of Maui Nui (Maui, Lana‘i, Moloka‘i, Kaho‘olawe). The Family Day Celebration is free and open to the public.
