32nd Annual Haleakala Waldorf School Holiday Faire

The Haleakala Waldorf School Holiday Faire is coming Saturday, December 2nd, from 9 AM to 4 PM!

Come upcountry to the Holiday Faire, Maui’s most festive holiday craft and fun fair, for a traditional holiday feast for the senses!

Sparkling dew on fresh upcountry pine, the scent of beeswax candle dipping and the sound of joyful holiday merry making can only mean one thing… it’s the Haleakala Waldorf School Holiday Faire! The school has been hosting this lovely event for the last 30 years, and it has truly become Maui’s most festive holiday craft and fun fair.  The faire will be will be held on Saturday, December 2nd from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Spend the day upcountry at the school’s 100 year old historic campus located in rural Kula, and enjoy the spirit of the season with exciting live entertainment, hula, and wandering entertainers throughout the day.  Shopping for the holidays is a snap with over 75 local artisans offering unique handcrafted items.  The Bakery and Country Store will be offering delicious homemade treats prepared with fresh local products, as well as fresh locally grown produce.  Holiday Faire is famous for its traditional hands-on craft activities including beeswax candle dipping and gnome garden making.  Select a beautiful fresh holiday wreath made from fresh greens collected on Haleakala.  There are also tons of fun games and activities for the keiki including an obstacle course and beautiful traditional puppet theatre to delight the children while you check out the great silent auction items. At 10:00 AM an Elf Parade will wind through the whole fair and each child wearing an elf or Santa’s helper costume will receive a FREE gift!
