Seeking Entries for the 97th Maui Fair
Pacific Media Group presents the Baby of the Year Contest this October 5th at the 97th Maui Fair. We are looking for Maui’s awesome keiki to show us what they’ve got and display their baby bravado for our judges. Interested parents can register online at www.mauifair.com/attractions/baby-of-the-year/, and take their first steps toward great prizes and possibly, the new Baby of the Year.
Contestants born on or between October 6, 2017 and October 6, 2018 will be eligible to participate; there is no admission fee. The entry deadline is September 23, 2019, or the first 97 contestants.
The contest itself takes place on Saturday, October 5th at the Main Entertainment Stage. The keiki are judged on best dressed, healthiness and personality, with each category scored on a 25-point scale. The five highest-scoring babies are each awarded prizes from the Maui Fair and its many sponsors.
