Let’s Trick or Treat Together @ Queen Ka’ahumanu Center

Join us for spooktacular family fun including keiki costume contest and parade with great prizes, face painting, balloon making and magic! Meet and greet with some of your favorite princesses and superheroes. Trick-or-Treat at participating merchants. Teal Pumpkin Project featuring non-food treats for keiki with allergies available.




The Keiki Halloween Town at Queen Ka’ahumanu Center

The Keiki Playhouse will be hosting two haunted houses with sensory play and arts and crafts. The first one will be at The Outlets of Maui in Lahaina on Oct 28, 29 and the second at Queen Ka’ahumanu Shopping Center on Oct 31st.

Kihei Elementary School, 250 East Lipoa Street, Kihei

Enjoy jumping castles, face painting, balloon twisting, storytimes, Princess Moana, Princess Elsa and Spider Man. There will be ono food, DJ music and dance performance “Thriller”. Kids may come in costume and there will be a costume contest, registration starts at 4:30 and costume parade starts at 5:30pm. The Food Vendors that will be on hand selling delicious treats, will be generously donating a portion of their proceeds to support the Kihei Elementary PTA. Kihei Elementary PTA supports various initiatives for Kihei Elementary Students including: Fall Festival, Field Trip Busses, Winter Festival/Literary Night, 5th Grade Banquet, Healthy Heart Dance, Sporting Equipment, Gardening Program, and more. All Welcome, Free Event.

Fall Harvest Festival

October is Pumpkin Patch Season and it is open season on pumpkins and gourds of all sizes for eating or decorating! Travel through the magical world of fairies, mermaids, dragons, centaurs, elves, Wizards & more! This is an interactive outdoor farm tour & yes, there are real UNICORNS & winged goats. Shoot bows with a centaur, build fairy crowns with the fairies, collect items from our mythical guests to build your own magic wand with the wizard! For children of all ages who appreciate the mystic. Explore Maui in a way you’ve never seen it before!

Myths of Avalon: Live Action Role Play, Haiku

Saturday 4-6 PM and Sunday 4-6 PM

We need some heros to gather and help us sort this out! Are you a fighter, thief, mage, ranger, druid, monk or bard??? Come find out!!!

Grab your swords and speelbooks and join us for a fantastical quest to save the lands of the Myths of Avalon. This will be a LARP (Live Action Role Play) game where attendees take on the roles of characters in our story and are conducted through a series of heroic adventures to save the day. There will be tests of skill of many kinds; brawn, agility, smarts, magic and more!

A Night of Delight, Haleakala Waldorf

Walk our enchanted campus with your angel guide and your children and be delighted by a collection of short performances from classic fairy tales, children’s books, and nursery rhymes performed by faculty, parents, and our older students.

Everyone is invited to our annual Keiki Harvest Festival!  It is a two hour event of FREE games, gifts, goodies, and awesome activities for Keiki through 5th grade.We transform the Barn into a carnival atmosphere and offer game booths, prizes, candy, hot dogs, popcorn, jumping castles and much more! Hyatt Regency Haunted House

October 27th – 29th 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.

 Doors will be open from 5pm to 8pm. The stairs across from Japengo will lead you down into the darkness. As the sun sets the creepy creatures will make themselves known. The haunted experience lasts around 10 minutes and is suitable for both children and adults.

Keiki Parade on Front Street

Tuesday, October 31st at 4:30 p.m. 

Maui keiki are invited to come in costume and parade down Front Street and across the stage at Banyan Tree Park where all keiki receive a congratulatory ribbon and bag of treats. The parade begins at 4:30 PM HST.

The festivities continue with live music in Campbell Park, where you will also be able to purchase the annual Official Halloween in Lahaina T-shirt. Food vendors, face painters and keiki games await in Campbell Park for your enjoyment. More details can be found here.
